STEPS TO ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT
1. COMPLETE THE CONTACT FORM
We would like to learn more about you so that we may send you specific information and update you on program availability.
2. COMPLETE AND RETURN AN APPLICATION AND PAY APPLICATION FEE
Families will be provided with the Application Form upon completion of the Contact Form. The nonrefundable Application Processing Fee is $100. Pay the nonrefundable $100 Fee when you submit your Application. *Note, the Application Fee will be waived if you complete a tour.*
3. COMPLETE ASSESSMENTS
The assessments require each prospective family to provide requested documents including:
(1) Most recent IEP (Individualized Educational Plan);
(2) Behavior Support Plan ( if applicable);
(3) Psychological/Educational Evaluation or Speech and Language Assessment;
(4) A Signed Release Form that allows our evaluation team to discuss any records with the professionals who prepared them;
(5) An in-person assessment with your child so that Stone Academy can properly determine the therapeutic needs of your child. The assessment may require an additional fee.
We desire to meet the therapeutic needs and goals of every child participating at Stone Academy.
4. PARTICIPATE IN AN INTERVIEW
Prior to joining our community, each family will meet with a member of Stone Academy's administrative team to discuss each participant's therapeutic history and goals. We truly look forward to meeting you!
5. FINAL STEP-ENROLL YOUR STUDENT
Upon acceptance, each family will complete additional forms.
